Our development company was founded in 2015 on the foundation of building equity in the real estate market by identifying property to purchase, renovate or build new, with the end game of selling or holding as rentals. This Family business was started by Joseph and Michelle Pallante who were later joined by Daughter Evalyse to form what is now 515 Property Development. Our sister company, Pallante Design Architecture, executes all our construction drawings for 515 Property Development. 

Joseph is a Licensed Architect and Realtor and is using his expertise in design and real estate to bring value to the General contracting business. Joseph is a Graduate of Pratt Institute and has practiced architecture for over 30 years. 

Michelle is the Manager & C.F.O. of the company since its inception, handling all financial aspects of the organization as well as working with Joseph on decisions of what properties will be purchased to maximize profit. Michelle holds her real estate referral license.

Evalyse, also a Realtor, joined the company in 2018 and brought a fresh vision to the company using her real estate knowledge and understanding of the younger market to the table. She manages our rentals and has a hand in the purchasing and selling of real estate, as well as the design intent.
